The Humanitarian prefers to consider if its services are the best match for the particular needs of a client. The Humanitarian uses third party Acuity Scheduling for appointment bookings and Square as its invoicing and payment provider.
To secure an appointment via the Acuity Scheduling platform, a credit card number is required which will be managed and stored by Square. By providing a credit card number, you are agreeing to Square’s terms and conditions and privacy policy.
At the conclusion of a consultation, you can opt to process payment via the Card you have registered on booking or to receive an invoice by email or mobile phone to either transfer payment by Electronic Funds Transfer or pay using a different Credit or Debit card.
Once furnished with a receipted invoice, you will be able to activate the claim process for relevant (personal appointment) Medicare or private health insurance rebates using online or smart app software.
Cancellation policy: Please note that appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior without charge.
